Job summary

Knoviolab Engineering in India seeks an operations supervisor to oversee shop floor activities, coordinate with Production, Maintenance and Quality, and ensure targets are met with efficient resource use.

The role requires strong technical, analytical, and leadership capabilities, excellent communication, and proficiency in Excel to support daily/weekly reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and process standards.
• Coordinate material dispatch and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement.
• Guide and motivate the team for better performance.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management.
