Rare Threads Fabrics Llp in Delhi is seeking an experienced production professional to plan and oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring customer requirements are met and objectives achieved. The role focuses on optimizing shop floor activity, quality, and safety compliance on the plant premises.

You will lead planning strategies, manage resources, mentor teams, and drive on-time delivery through robust production controls and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Strong understanding of Manufacturing, Production Planning, Plant Operations, Shop Floor Controls & Quality Assurance principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
