Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
• Monitor daily sales performance against budgeted targets (quantity, value, LFL).
• Supervise, guide and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain productivity.
• Ensure proper product displays, visuals, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment to maintain inventory levels.
• Coordinate with buying, warehouse and store operations to ensure timely product availability.
• Monitor competitor activities and share insights with senior management.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, productivity, shift allocation, and policy adherence.
• Ensure store presentation, cleanliness, safety and operational standards.
• Analyze sales reports, stock movement and staff performance to identify improvements.
• Conduct regular floor inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with inventory, cashiering and other departments for smooth operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales, inventory and staff productivity reports.
• Support management in achieving sales growth, improving customer experience and profitability.

• Coordinate with the buying team, warehouse, and store operations team to ensure timely product availability.

Qualifications
