Job summary

Kapsons is seeking a Floor Manager for Anand & Raipure to oversee daily floor operations, drive sales, and uphold visual merchandising standards. The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to coach the sales team.

You will coordinate with inventory, cashier, and training teams, monitor stock, report performance, and support promotional activities. A graduate with 2–5 years in retail and supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Graduate degree or equivalent.
2–5 years in retail sales and operations.
Minimum 1–3 years in a supervisory or floor management role.
Experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or departmental retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day floor operations.

Job Summary

The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing daily sales floor operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a customer-centric approach to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day floor operations.
Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of individual and store targets.
