Job summary

Pothys Retail Private Limited is seeking a capable Store Manager to lead floor staff, drive sales, and ensure first-class customer service in our Chennai showroom.

You will supervise daily operations, train team members, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines while coordinating with back-office teams for stock and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the floor staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor and maintain floor operations, including customer service, sales, and product display standards.
• Ensure effective visual merchandising and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, stock movement, and showroom KPIs.
• Coordinate with store management and back-office teams for stock replenishment and inventory control.
• Conduct regular floor walks to check product availability, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service and improve sales techniques.
• Implement company policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, discounts and special events.
