Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 4 to 10 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, premium retail, luxury, footwear or related sectors preferred.
• Strong sales and team-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with strong commercial acumen.
• Comfortable working with retail KPIs and MS Excel/POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales and revenue targets for the store.
• Lead, train and motivate the store team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion, average transaction value and other KPIs.
• Manage inventory, stock accuracy and replenishment.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Handle billing, cash management and other administrative activities.
• Prepare and share regular sales and operational reports.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies and processes.
• Coordinate with the regional/corporate team on store requirements and performance.
• Maintain discipline, grooming and professional standards within the store.
