Job summary

Kapsons is seeking a Store Manager (Retail) to oversee Anand Raipure locations, drive sales, and lead a retail team. You will manage daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain store standards.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and excellent communication. You will report to the Area/Regional Manager and contribute to profitability through effective team and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in retail, with 2–4 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing a team of 10–15 employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Achieve and exceed monthly and weekly sales targets
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor team performance
• Ensure effective inventory management and minimize stock loss
• Maintain visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Prepare and analyze store reports (sales, inventory, staff performance)
• Ensure compliance with SOPs
• Execute in-store promotions and marketing activities

Job Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring sales growth, excellent customer service, and efficient team management. The role focuses on achieving business targets, maintaining store standards, and driving overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
