Job summary

Cellcure Cancer Centre in Mumbai is seeking a Floor Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating patient flow from registration to discharge, and supporting clinical and administrative teams. You will liaise with doctors, nurses, reception, pharmacy and support staff to maintain service quality, monitor waiting times, and address patient queries with a patient-centric approach.

The role requires a graduate with 2–4 years in hospital operations or healthcare administration;

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in hospital operations, patient coordination, or healthcare administration.
• Oncology or hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow from registration to discharge.
• Ensure seamless coordination between doctors, nurses, reception, pharmacy, and support staff.
• Monitor patient waiting time and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Address patient queries and ensure high service standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to maintain cleanliness and facility readiness.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and NABH standards.
• Maintain daily operational reports and escalates concerns to the Centre Head.
