Job description

The Floor Manager will be responsible for managing floor-level hospital operations, patient coordination, staff supervision, service follow‑up, interdepartmental communication, and patient experience at Rainbow Super Speciality Hospital, Narnaul. This requires any graduate or hospital management qualification with 1–2 years of experience, strong communication skills, hospital workflow understanding, and patient-friendly service attitude.

• Manage daily floor operations and ensure smooth patient service delivery.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, housekeeping, and administration teams.
• Monitor patient admission, transfer, investigation, discharge, and movement processes.
• Guide patients and attendants regarding hospital services, departments, and process flow.
• Supervise floor staff, patient care coordinators, housekeeping support, and ward coordination activities.
• Handle patient queries, service concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Escalate unresolved issues, delays, or operational gaps to hospital management.
• Ensure patient rooms, corridors, nursing stations, and floor areas remain service‑ready.
• Support patient satisfaction, feedback collection, and service improvement activities.
• Maintain floor reports, patient trackers, feedback notes, and coordination records.
• Monitor staff discipline, grooming, punctuality, and professional behaviour on the floor.
• Support emergency patient movement and quick coordination between departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital communication.
• Ensure smooth, respectful, and patient-friendly floor management.
