Job summary

Sahrudaya Health Care is seeking a proactive Hospital Operations Manager to oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring smooth workflow through collaboration with clinical and non-clinical departments. The role focuses on optimal manpower utilization, resource management and service quality.

The ideal candidate brings 7–12 years in hospital operations, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Excel, MIS and HIMS to drive performance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 7 to 12 years of experience in hospital operations, preferably in a multispeciality hospital.
• Strong knowledge of hospital processes and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and HIMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily hospital operations.
• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for smooth workflow.

• Monitor patient flow, service quality and operational efficiency.
• Address operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with HODs for departmental requirements and performance.
• Monitor billing, housekeeping, maintenance, IPD, security, front office, facility and support services.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs and quality standards.
• Track operational MIS, KPIs and departmental performance.
• Support NABH/quality initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Identify process gaps and implement corrective and improvement measures.
• Handle patient/service-related concerns and coordinate for resolution.
