Job Description

Finance and Accounts is responsible for managing financial transactions, accounting records, budgeting support, reconciliations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance activities. The ensures accurate financial documentation, effective financial controls, timely processing of payments, and coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders.

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
• Maintain general ledgers, journals, vouchers, and accounting records.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, receipts, and payment documents.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
• Coordinate vendor payments and payment follow-ups.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense-monitoring activities.
• Prepare periodic financial statements and MIS reports.
• Monitor revenue, expenditure, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with billing, pharmacy, procurement, HR, and operations teams.
• Verify financial transactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Support payroll-related accounting activities where applicable.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support internal, statutory, and external audits.
