Job summary

Ace Recruitment Placement Consultants invites an experienced CA to lead end-to-end accounts and finance operations for a manufacturing client in Gujarat's Sanand region.

Key responsibilities include managing direct and indirect taxation, GST compliance, cash flow and fund management, and monthly book closure with timely finalisation. The role requires strong IFRS, transfer pricing understanding and RBI/FEMA compliance.

Qualifications

• CA qualification required.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST and taxation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounts and finance operations.

• Oversee cash flow, banking relations and fund management.
• Drive monthly book closure and financial finalisation within timelines.
• Manage statutory, internal, IFRS, transfer pricing and tax audits.
• Ensure RBI, FEMA, DGFT and MCA compliance.
• Handle export benefits, applications, tracking and utilisation.
• Develop finance SOPs and supervise team.
• Drive cross-functional coordination and finance governance.
