Job summary

Alletec is seeking a seasoned Manager – Finance & Accounts to oversee accounting operations in Noida. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with Ind AS and GST, budgeting, audits, and robust financial controls. The role requires leading a team and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key tasks include month-end close, MIS reporting, cash flow management, and strategic financial analysis to support business decisions in a fast-paced IT/tech services environment.

Qualifications

• CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audit, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, income tax, and corporate compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

About the Role
