Job summary

Zetwerk, a leading manufacturing services platform in India, seeks a senior finance professional to oversee the controllership function, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and manage monthly, quarterly and annual closes.

You will strengthen internal controls, lead statutory and tax audits, coordinate with external auditors, and monitor manufacturing accounting including inventory valuation, cost accounting, variance analysis and budgeting.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA qualification required.
• 6–10 years post‑qualification experience in finance, controllership and statutory audits.
• Manufacturing experience essential.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting and internal controls.
• ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive robust internal controls and governance frameworks to safeguard company assets.
• Lead statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and coordinate with external auditors.
• Monitor manufacturing accounting, including inventory valuation, cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified CA/ CMA.
• 6 to 10 years of post‑qualification experience in finance, controllership and Statutory Audit.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing organization is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
