Job summary

Vijeta Venture is seeking an experienced finance leader to drive end-to-end accounts, GST, TDS, taxation, audits and financial reporting. You will manage MIS, budgeting, cash flow and cost control, while ensuring statutory compliance and robust financial controls.

The role requires 10+ years in Accounts & Finance, with strong team leadership and manufacturing industry exposure. CA Inter/CMA/M.Com/MBA Finance qualifications are preferred. This is a senior position with strategic impact in Raipur.

Qualifications

• CA Inter/CMA/MBA Finance with 10+ years in accounts and finance.
• Strong in taxation, audits, MIS, finalization, compliance and team handling.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounts and finance functions.
• Manage GST and TDS compliance and taxation.
• Lead audits, MIS reporting, budgeting and cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare P&L and balance sheet finalization.
• Ensure statutory compliance and banking operations.
• Lead finance team and implement financial controls.
