Team Computers in Gurugram is seeking an IT & Field Support Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical support for end-user devices and network infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on experience with desktops, Windows OS, LAN/WAN, APs, switches, routers, DNS, and cabling. Travel to client sites is expected, and tickets must be closed promptly according to SLA.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in IT support and desktop support.
• Proficient with Windows OS and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, switches/routers, APs, and DNS.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot APs, switches, and routers.
• Support LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity issues.
• Perform DNS configuration and basic network troubleshooting.
• Handle network cable crimping, punching, and structured cabling activities.
• Resolve incidents and service requests via ticketing tools.
• Visit client locations for onsite support and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely closure of tickets per SLA.
• Install and configure software, hardware, and network devices.
