• Provide on-site IT support to users and locations.

• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP and network connectivity.
• Install, configure and maintain IT hardware and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site / field-level IT support to users and business locations.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related issues.
• Perform OS installation, configuration and basic application troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure and maintain IT hardware and peripherals.
• Coordinate with central IT teams, vendors and service providers for issue resolution.
• Maintain IT assets and update service/ticket records.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine site visits where required.
• Follow IT support processes, SLA requirements and escalation procedures.
• Travel to different locations/sites as required for field support.
