This field-based role requires a valid two-wheeler and driving license, a graduation, and at least one year in channel sales. You will visit sites daily, report progress, and lead weekly meetings to push targets.

Formación

• Graduation is the minimum qualification.
• 1 year of experience in channel sales (e.g., AP, Akzo, Laminates, Plywood, Electrical, Lubricants, Building material).
• Valid two-wheeler and driving license mandatory for field operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers including painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers.
• Conduct a minimum of two site visits per day to identify new business opportunities and support project execution.
• Spend at least two hours daily on-site at retail locations to provide customer support and drive sales.
• Organize and lead weekly shop meetings with applicators to enhance coordination and performance.
• Submit accurate and timely daily sales reports through the designated online portal.
