Summary: The Field Sales Executive plays a vital role in driving business expansion within the paint-chemical industry by cultivating strong, lasting relationships with key trade partners, including painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers. This position demands consistent performance, proactive engagement, and a hands‑on approach to achieve and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will conduct daily site visits, maintain a strong presence at assigned retail outlets, organize shop meetings, and ensure accurate reporting—all contributing to enhanced market penetration and brand visibility. With a focus on customer‑centric strategies and performance excellence, this role is essential to sustaining growth and strengthening market position across the assigned territories.
