Job summary

Marconix Sales Solutions Pvt. Ltd. – Digital Naari Programme in Satna, Madhya Pradesh seeks a Field Sales Executive to expand the Digital Naari network by identifying, approaching, and onboarding eligible women as Digital Naaris, enabling them to offer digital banking and financial services locally.

You will lead generation, onboarding, training, and activation, traveling extensively in rural areas, with targets to onboard and activate new agents while building strong local partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, BFSI, fintech, telecom, microfinance, FMCG, or merchant acquisition preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and field-sales ability can also be considered.
• Comfortable travelling extensively within rural areas.
• Good Hindi / local-language communication skills.
• Smartphone and basic digital literacy.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify potential women entrepreneurs in villages and semi-urban areas; Build leads through SHGs, women entrepreneurs, local communities, village networks, and referrals; Conduct regular field visits in assigned villages.
• Customer Acquisition: Explain the Digital Naari business opportunity clearly; Explain earning opportunities through AEPS, money transfer, recharge, bill payments, and other services; Convince eligible women to join; Achieve onboarding targets.
• Onboarding & KYC: Assist prospective Digital Naaris with registration; Help complete KYC and required documentation; Ensure accurate information and successful activation.
• Training & Activation: Demonstrate the Digital Naari app and services; Train new agents on basic transactions and processes; Ensure newly onboarded Naaris become active / transacting.
• Market Development: Develop a network of active Digital Naaris; Identify high-potential villages; Generate referrals; Maintain relationships with onboarded agents.
• Reporting: Submit daily field visit and onboarding reports; Maintain lead, conversion, activation data; Track performance against targets.

Role Objective

To expand the Digital Naari network by identifying, approaching, and onboarding eligible women as Digital Naaris / Banker Didis, enabling them to offer digital banking and financial services within their local communities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

• Identify potential women entrepreneurs in villages and semi-urban areas.
• Build leads through SHGs, women entrepreneurs, local communities, village networks, and referrals.
• Conduct regular field visits in assigned villages.

Customer Acquisition

• Explain the Digital Naari business opportunity clearly.
• Explain earning opportunities through AEPS, money transfer, recharge, bill payments, and other available services.
• Convince eligible women to join the programme.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.

Onboarding & KYC

• Assist prospective Digital Naaris with registration.
• Help complete KYC and required documentation.
• Ensure accurate information and successful activation.

Training & Activation

• Demonstrate the Digital Naari app and services.
• Train new agents on basic transactions and operational processes.
• Ensure newly onboarded Naaris become active / transacting rather than remaining inactive registrations.

Market Development

• Develop a network of active Digital Naaris within the assigned territory.
• Identify high-potential villages and clusters.
• Generate referrals from existing Digital Naaris.
• Maintain strong relationships with onboarded agents.

Reporting

• Submit daily field visit and onboarding reports.
• Maintain lead, conversion, and activation data.
• Track performance against targets.

Ideal Candidate
