NearPoint is seeking a field sales professional in India to appoint and manage retailers, agents, and distributors across Pan India. You will promote AEPS, money transfer, recharge, PAN card and loan services, while driving monthly GTV targets through training and motivation of retailers.

Role requires 2–3 years in fintech or banking and a strong network-building ability. Salary is fixed monthly with incentives based on performance and GTV achievement.

Qualifications

• Education minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
• 2–3 years in fintech, banking, digital payments or sales.
• Documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Bank Account, passport-size photo.
