Job summary

Zippee is a fast-growing Quick Commerce startup seeking a Recruiter to manage on-ground manpower recruitment across Hyderabad. You will hire frontline staff including picker packers and delivery riders, coordinating field drives to meet demand.

The role requires field sourcing, local networking, and travel within Hyderabad to source candidates and fill openings in a high-growth logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of field/bulk hiring experience.
• Strong local candidate network.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work under hiring targets.
• Knowledge of E-commerce/Logistics/Quick Commerce structure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manpower sourcing through field activities & calling.
• Visiting locations and conducting on-ground hiring Picker & Packers.
• Building strong local networks for continuous manpower supply.
• Source candidates through field visits, bulk hiring drives, local references, job portals, and social media (Job Hai, Apna, etc).
• Coordinate with Store teams and Central Ops teams for manpower planning.
• Manage documentation and joining formalities.
• Reduce attrition by proper candidate briefing and follow-up.

• Zippee is looking for a talented & experienced Recruiter to handle on-ground Manpower recruitment across Hyderabad.

• You will be responsible for hiring frontline manpower, including picker packers, delivery riders, and various dark store positions.
• The role involves field sourcing, bulk hiring, and coordinating walk-in drives to fulfill on-ground manpower requirements.
• This is a FIELD/ON-GROUND role that will involve travelling locally in Hyderabad.
