Job summary

Zippee is seeking a skilled Recruiter to manage on-ground manpower recruitment across Bangalore. You will spearhead field sourcing, conduct bulk hiring drives, and build a strong local network to fulfill frontline roles in a fast-growing quick commerce startup.

The role involves traveling locally in Bengaluru, coordinating with store teams, and ensuring smooth joining formalities. Prior experience in ecommerce/logistics hiring is preferred, with a target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in field/bulk hiring or supply
• Strong local candidate network
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Ability to work under hiring targets
• Knowledge of e-commerce/logistics/quick commerce structure preferred

Responsibilities

• Manpower sourcing through field activities and calling
• Visiting locations and conducting on-ground hiring (picker, packers)
• Build and maintain local recruitment networks
• Source candidates via field visits, bulk drives, references, job portals, social media
• Coordinate with store and central ops teams for manpower planning
• Handle documentation and joining formalities

Job Description

• Zippee is looking for a talented & experienced Recruiter to handle on-ground Manpower recruitment across Bangalore.
• Incredible yet challenging opportunity to work at a high-growth Quick Commerce startup to drive meaningful impact.
• You will be responsible for hiring frontline manpower, including picker packers, delivery riders, and various dark store positions.
• The role involves field sourcing, bulk hiring, and coordinating walk-in drives to fulfill on-ground manpower requirements.
• This is a FIELD/ON-GROUND role that will involve travelling locally in Bangalore.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manpower sourcing through field activities & calling.
• Visiting locations and conducting on-ground hiring Picker & Packers.
• Building strong local networks for continuous manpower supply.
• Source candidates through field visits, bulk hiring drives, local references, job portals, and social media (Job Hai, Apna, etc).
• Coordinate with Store teams and Central Ops teams for manpower planning.
• Manage documentation and joining formalities.
• Reduce attrition by proper candidate briefing and follow-up.
