Job summary

Zippee seeks a talented Recruiter to handle on-ground manpower recruitment across Mumbai. This field role focuses on hiring frontline staff, including picker packers and delivery riders, through field sourcing and bulk hiring drives.

You will travel locally in Mumbai, build strong local networks, and coordinate with Store and Central Ops teams for manpower planning. Prior experience in field hiring and a proven network are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in field/bulk hiring/supply.
• Strong local candidate network.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work under hiring targets.
• Knowledge of E-commerce/Logistics/Quick Commerce structure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manpower sourcing through field activities & calling.
• Visiting locations and conducting on-ground hiring Picker & Packers.
• Building strong local networks for continuous manpower supply.
• Source candidates through field visits, bulk hiring drives, local references, job portals, and social media (Job Hai, Apna, etc).
• Coordinate with Store teams and Central Ops teams for manpower planning.
• Manage documentation and joining formalities.
• Reduce attrition by proper candidate briefing and follow-up.
