We are hiring @ Prodcon Tech Services Pvt Ltd Field Recruiter & Operations Specialist.

JD:

Responsible for sourcing, training, and managing entry-level talent (freshers to 1 year experience) into field recruitment vertical while overseeing end-to-end operational activities. This is a hands‑on, field‑intensive role that combines recruitment, training, monitoring, and operational management to ensure seamless talent pipeline and client service delivery.

Education

• Bachelor's degree / HSC.
• Good verbal & written communication.

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with focus on entry-level hiring.
• Proven experience in training and development activities.
• Prior experience in field-based or operations roles is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Number of candidates recruited and onboarded monthly.
• Quality of hire (retention rate, performance ratings).
• Training completion and effectiveness scores.
• Field visit completion rate and quality audit scores.
• ATS data accuracy and timeliness.
• Client satisfaction scores.
• Operational SLA adherence.

Work Environment

• Must be comfortable with as when needed travel to client sites, team locations.
