Job summary

Axis My India Ltd is seeking a dedicated Field Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple districts of India, with focus on bulk hiring and 2-4 tier city strategies.

The ideal candidate will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and collaboration with local teams, while maintaining relationships with communities to drive hiring metrics. Strong Excel/Word skills and multilingual communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, specifically in 2, 3, and 4 Tier cities.
• Proven experience in bulk hiring, with the ability to hire more than 60 candidates in a month.
• Background in BFSI, Insurance, Telecom, Logistics, Retail, Hospitality, Market Research, Media, FMCG, or FMCD is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to speak multiple regional languages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation purposes.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting recruitment strategies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting resources (surveyors) who can conduct door to door interviews within various districts
• Manage the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing candidates in various districts across India.
• Conduct recruitment drives and collaborate with local teams to identify hiring needs and strategies for field force recruitment.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
• Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates and provide feedback to management on recruitment metrics and candidate suitability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities and networks to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Assist in developing recruitment strategies tailored to 2, 3, and 4 Tier city requirements.
• Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs, including time to hire, candidate quality, and hiring volume.
• Ensure all recruitment procedures comply with company policies and legal regulations.
