Job summary

Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited in Mumbai seeks a field sales professional to promote the company’s products and achieve territory sales budgets. You will implement market and business strategies designed by management, and provide feedback on products to the Product Management team.

You will identify potential markets and customers, manage Stockists and C&FA, and drive doctor calls, symposiums, and group meetings. Daily planning, call reporting, and expense submission are required.

Responsibilities

• Promote company products to achieve territory sales budgets
• Implement market and business strategies designed by management
• Provide feedback on Company’s & Competitors products to Product Management
• Identify potential markets and potential customers in various markets within your territory
• Manage Stockiest and C&FA
• Achieve Dr. Call Average of 10+1 per day, MCR coverage of 95% and above
• Chemist Call Average of Minimum 5 per day
• Personal Order Booking to ensure availability of products to cater to Rx demands
• Conduct symposiums, seminars & Doctor’s group meetings
• Participation in all Cycle Briefing Meets and any other meetings called for by the company
• Daily Work Planning and Submission and Daily Call Reporting in PHYZII tool
• You will achieve and surpass the budgeted YPM for your territory from time to time
• Timely Submission of Expense Statement
• In the absence of the job holder the designee assigned by the reporting manager would be responsible for carrying out the above responsibilities
