Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee daily warehouse administration and facility operations in Maharashtra. You will ensure documentation, manage HVAC, electrical, fire, plumbing, and utilities, and drive preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.

The role emphasizes vendor management, cost tracking, safety and compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, IT, and Engineering. Experience in warehouse/3PL environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 2+ years of facility management experience in warehouse/3PL/contract logistics.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and MHE maintenance.
• Strong vendor management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations of the warehouse.
• Ensure proper documentation and record management.
• Oversee daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and utilities.
• Ensure high uptime of MHE and warehouse infrastructure.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage site-level vendors (security, housekeeping, pest control, transport).
• Monitor SLAs and service quality.
• Process vendor billing and cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Control facility budgets, monitor utility consumption, and optimize costs.
• Lead facility improvement, expansion, and automation support projects.
• Maintain emergency response and business continuity plans.
• Track admin-related expenses against budget.
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, Engineering, and external stakeholders
