Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple locations in Hyderabad. The role focuses on maintenance, safety, security systems, and vendor coordination to ensure continuous, safe, and compliant facility operations.

You will lead maintenance teams, manage service providers, and report on performance and budgets, ensuring seamless facilities management in a multi-location banking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in team and vendor management, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in office administration and MIS management.
• Experience coordinating with landlords and managing multi-location operations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate facility updates and issues to management and stakeholders
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to mitigate hazards
• Oversee security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarms
• Manage maintenance of all facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, interiors)
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and operational at all times
• Track and manage maintenance requests and work orders
• Manage contractors and service providers
• Ensure SLA compliance of all vendors
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues
• Prepare reports on performance, maintenance, and budget tracking
