Job summary

DP World in India is seeking a Facilities & Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily administrative operations of the warehouse, ensure proper documentation and record management, and supervise facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and utilities.

You will lead maintenance programs, manage site vendors, monitor safety and regulatory compliance, control budgets, and coordinate with Operations, IT, Engineering and external stakeholders to ensure uptime and continuous

• Oversee daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and utilities.
• Ensure high uptime of material handling equipment (MHE) and warehouse infrastructure.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage site-level vendors (security, housekeeping, pest control, transport).
• Monitor SLAs and service quality.
• Process vendor billing and cost tracking
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Control facility budgets, monitor utility consumption, and optimize costs.
• Lead facility improvement, expansion, and automation support projects.
• Maintain emergency response and business continuity plans.
• Track admin-related expenses against budget
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, Engineering, and external stakeholders.
