Job summary

GLS Realty is seeking a proactive Facility Executive to manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and upkeep of our real estate properties. You will ensure premises remain safe, well-maintained, efficient, and resident-friendly.

Responsibilities include coordinating with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendors; monitoring building systems; conducting inspections; handling tenant complaints; and ensuring safety regulations are followed.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in facility/property management.
• Experience with commercial/residential properties and malls.
• Strong vendor and manpower management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Facility Executive to manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and upkeep of our real estate properties. The ideal candidate will ensure that the premises remain safe, well-maintained, efficient, and resident-friendly.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of the property.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, vendors, and service providers.
• Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire & safety, lifts, DG, and other building systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
• Handle tenant/client complaints and coordinate for quick resolution.
• Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Supervise vendor performance, service contracts, and AMC activities.
• Maintain facility-related records, checklists, invoices, and reports.
• Monitor utility consumption and support cost-control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and building regulations.
• Coordinate emergency response, fire drills, and safety procedures.
• Support property managers in day-to-day administrative and operational activitie

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-10 years of experience in facility management, property management, commercial buildings, residential projects, malls, or similar environments.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance and MEP services.
• Strong vendor and manpower management skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
