Job summary

JLL Pune seeks a Facility Executive to oversee the day-to-day FM operations for corporate sites. You will supervise soft services and technical support, lead a diverse team, and ensure safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and streamline processes to improve efficiency and reliability across facilities. General shift, 6 days a week, based in Pune.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in corporate office/facility management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and soft/technical services.
• Manage cafeteria and front office activities.
• Lead and mentor FM team members.
• Develop FM strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Ensure safety, environment, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets and financial reporting for facilities.
• Maintain vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Verify vendor invoices and financial procedures.
• Contribute to weekly/monthly client reports.
• Support business continuity and emergency procedures.
• Monitor stock/inventory and supply chain for operations.
• Drive continuous improvement for FM efficiency.

• Oversee consumables inventory and stock levels to ensure uninterrupted operations
