Facility Executive - Soft Services (NCR)

Designation: Sr Facility Executive/Executive - Soft

Location: NCR

Reporting To: Facility Manager / Sr. Manager Facilities

Role & Responsibilities

• Prioritizing the Facilities’ needs.
• Working with both the facilities manager & assistant facilities manager, you’ll oversee the property’s day‑to‑day operations & ensure that all administrative functions, security issues, & facility services are covered, while striving for continuous improvement in the process.
• Managing supplies & material stocks to keep operations smooth, and overseeing service contracts as approved by clients.
• Helping mitigate risks through emergency evacuation procedures, business continuity plans, and health & safety reviews.
• Ensuring client satisfaction, addressing difficult issues, driving opportunities to improve operations, and meeting key performance metrics & service‑level agreements.
• Routine site rounds and critical area inspections.
• Responsibility for tickets raised and closure tracked within SLA.
• Vendor management (working onsite).
• Coordination with the LL team.
• Coordination with the Site FM team for daily activities.
• Preparing material BOQ when required.
• Managing and shifting manpower deployments.
• Inventory & store management.
• Ensuring checklists are updated and facility upkeep maintained.
• Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Monitoring energy consumption and data.
• Managing weekly/monthly FM & LL MOMs.
• Maintaining records of admin reports.
• Aligning manpower and vendors as per the 52‑week PPM calendar schedules.
• SS team briefings.
• Daily observations and closures.
• Work permit issuance and record keeping.
• Shift jobs and 6‑day working schedule.

Skillset Required

• Strong knowledge of property operations.
• Good working knowledge of occupational safety and client‑centric operations.
• Solid background in team management.
