Sherwood Longstay in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to ensure operations run smoothly across all building utilities and services. You will supervise maintenance, manage inventory, and coordinate with contractors, clients, and the team to keep facilities in top condition.

You will also lead guest services, oversee security, and contribute to a positive, productive work environment, bringing strong leadership, clear communication, and prudent budget management to the role.

Qualifications

• Experience as facilities manager or relevant position.
• 5-6 years of work experience.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment using the ticketing and tasks system.
• Maintain stock levels and parts within budget.
• Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team.
• Ensuring satisfaction and happiness of team members.
• Oversee security of buildings and grounds.
• New Guest Welcome and register in System.
• Outgoing Guest send off and inspection of Rooms.
