• Manage insurance plans and service contracts.
• Maintain financial and non-financial records accurately.
• Perform data analysis and forecasting to support management decisions.
• Conduct HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment).
• Handle resident complaints promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and share daily reports with clients and management.
• Manage attendance records for site personnel.
• Oversee operations of STP, WTP, swimming pool, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Manage housekeeping, landscaping, and MEP teams to ensure smooth operations.
