Job summary

UNISON INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING (The Recruitment Company) is seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Trainer in Mumbai to build capabilities across service standards, food safety, SOPs, product knowledge and guest experience. The role focuses on delivering inductions, refresher trainings and updating training materials to ensure consistent operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a Hotel Management degree, 5–8 years in F&B training and familiarity with LMS and MS Office; HACCP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
• 5–8 years of F&B training experience.
• HACCP/Food Safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct induction and refresher training for F&B associates.
• Deliver training on SOPs, service standards, food safety, hygiene, grooming, and guest handling.
• Assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Coach employees to improve performance and service quality.
• Develop and update training materials and records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
• Support operational teams during new launches, audits, and process improvements.
