Job summary

Hotel Parle International in Mumbai invites an experienced hospitality professional to lead total F&B operations as Head of Department. You will oversee all Food and Beverage outlets—restaurants, bars, cafe, room service, conference and banqueting—and design exceptional menus to delight guests.

You will develop a winning team, drive operations and sales of F&B, and ensure guest queries are handled promptly, maintaining service standards in a 4/5-star environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience as HOD in 4/5-star hotel.
• Age below 45 years.
• Degree or Diploma in hospitality.
• Responsible for operations & sales of F&B.
• Developing a winning team.
