Job summary

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training on Food & Beverage service operations.
• Train candidates on customer service, grooming, hygiene, food safety, and hospitality standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical demonstrations.
• Assess trainees through tests, practical evaluations, and regular feedback.
• Monitor trainee attendance, progress, and maintain training records.
• Develop communication, soft skills, and workplace readiness among trainees.
• Ensure training is aligned with industry standards and organizational requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for training schedules, assessments, and reporting.
• Support placement readiness through mock interviews and interview preparation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Diploma in Hotel Management.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Food & Beverage operations within Hotels, Hospitality, or QSR.
• Minimum 2 years of training experience in classroom training, on-the-job training, coaching, or mentoring.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards, hospitality etiquette, and food safety practices.
• Functional English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and engage young learners.
• Willingness to travel as per project or training requirements.
