Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or similar discipline.
• Experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Hospitality, or F&B operations.
• Prior experience as F&B Trainer/Faculty is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical training in Food & Beverage Service.
• Train students on restaurant operations, table setup, service techniques, and guest handling.
• Demonstrate different food and beverage service methods and procedures.
• Provide training on menu knowledge, order taking, billing, and customer service.
• Train students in professional etiquette, grooming, hygiene, and workplace discipline.
• Conduct practical demonstrations, assessments, and skill evaluations.
• Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training-related MIS.
• Support students in developing employability and communication skills.
• Coordinate with the placement team for internships and employment opportunities.
• Ensure training is delivered as per curriculum, standards, and project requirements.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled F&B Trainer to deliver practical and theoretical training in Food & Beverage Service. The candidate will be responsible for developing students' technical, hospitality, customer-service, and workplace skills and preparing them for employment in hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering, and related sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Train students on restaurant operations, table setup, service techniques, and guest handling.
• Demonstrate different food and beverage service methods and procedures.
• Provide training on menu knowledge, order taking, billing, and customer service.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
