Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations and service activities.
• Manage and guide Stewards, Waiters and F&B Service Associates.
• Ensure proper table setup, food service and guest handling.
• Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Take care of guest requirements, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and F&B team for smooth service operations.
• Monitor food quality, portioning and presentation.
• Ensure proper food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Conduct team briefings and allocate duties as per operational requirements.
• Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline and performance of team members.
• Maintain daily operational records, checklists and reports.
• Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, equipment and F&B service materials.
• Follow all HSE, Food Safety and SOP guidelines.

• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and sanitation.
• Should be presentable, disciplined and customer-service oriented.
• Experience in corporate catering, industrial catering or facility management will be an added advantage.
