Job summary

Della Group in Maharashtra's Lonavala invites a hospitality professional to deliver personalized luxury service across in-room dining, guest requests and special arrangements. You will coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments for flawless guest experiences.

With 1–3 years of experience and a Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related certifications, you will uphold grooming, etiquette and confidentiality while supporting VIP arrivals and celebrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and professional service to guests as per luxury hospitality standards.
• Handle guest requests, in-room dining, food & beverage service, and special arrangements.
• Maintain complete knowledge of resort facilities, outlets, menus, and guest services.
• Ensure proper table setup, serving, clearing, and presentation.
• Coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments for seamless guest service.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
• Handle guest complaints and requests professionally and escalate when required.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, etiquette, and confidentiality.
