Job summary

BA Dastoor in India is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in Bhopal. You will ensure smooth service, manage guest queries, and coordinate with kitchen and other departments.

You will supervise staff, enforce grooming, hygiene and SOPs, support upselling, inventory and wastage control, and drive guest satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and team leadership.

Qualifications

• 24 years experience in F&B/Restaurant operations.
• Hotel Management/Hospitality qualification preferred.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Guest-focused and presentable.
