Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly service.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them efficiently.
• Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and maintained as per hotel standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and food safety.
• Follow all hotel SOPs, brand standards, and health safety regulations.
• Process guest bills accurately and handle cash/POS transactions when required.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side duties of the restaurant or outlet.
