Sterling Holidays is seeking an F&B Service GSA to provide courteous, personalized service in our restaurant and outlets. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, accurate ordering, and smooth operation across service areas.

Freshers can apply, with preference for candidates having hospitality qualifications. Strong communication and grooming are essential for delivering high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant hospitality qualification preferred.
• Freshers can apply; previous F&B experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a strong guest-service attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
• Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage items, and take accurate orders.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and service procedures.
• Ensure tables, service areas, and equipment are clean and properly arranged.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.
• Prepare and set up the restaurant/outlet before service and clear it after service.
• Follow proper billing and payment procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, promotions, and special offers.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with buffet, banquets, room service, or other F&B operations when required.
• Maintain proper mise-en-place and replenish operating supplies.
• Upsell food and beverage items wherever appropriate.
• Support colleagues and maintain good teamwork within the department.
