Job summary

Della Group in India is seeking a proactive F&B supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and guide service staff across shifts. You will welcome guests, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure high standards of service and presentation.

The role requires 2–4 years in hospitality, a Hotel Management qualification, and strong guest handling and communication abilities to maintain exceptional guest experiences at all times.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
• 2–4 years of experience.
• Excellent guest handling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead and guide F&B associates, stewards, and service staff during shifts.
• Welcome guests, understand requirements, and ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Ensure proper table setup, service sequence, and food presentation standards.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and departments for timely order execution.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and allocate duties to team.
• Monitor grooming, hygiene, cleanliness, and discipline of the service team.
• Ensure proper billing, order taking, POS procedures, and cash handling.
