Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily food and beverage operations within the hospital.
• Coordinate patient diet requirements with Dieticians and Nursing teams.
• Ensure timely and hygienic food service to patients, attendants, and hospital staff.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP compliance.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and service standards.
• Supervise F&B staff and ensure proper duty allocation and smooth shift operations.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and consumption of food and related supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for smooth operational requirements.
• Handle patient and customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of service-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standard operating procedures.

Job Responsibilities
