Job summary

Skillventory is seeking an Export Documentation / Export Operations professional in Mumbai to manage post-shipment export documents within defined timelines, ensuring accuracy and zero errors.

The role involves LC documentation with banks, tracking BRCs via EDPMS, coordinating with shipping lines and CHAs for BL/LR, and preparing AIAFTA/SAFTA documents before vessel arrival. You will address customer queries and drive end-to-end export order delivery improvements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare post-shipment export documents within defined timelines, ensuring accuracy and zero errors.
• Submit export documents to banks within specified timelines and handle Letter of Credit (LC) documentation without discrepancies.
• Follow up on Bank Realisation Certificates (BRCs) and monitor pending export transactions through EDPMS.
• Coordinate with shipping lines and Customs House Agents (CHAs) for Bill of Lading (BL), Lorry Receipt (LR), and smooth cargo clearance.
• Prepare, verify, and share AIAFTA/SAFTA-related documents with customers before vessel arrival.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and coordinate with logistics, sales, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, including OTIF shipment reports, BRC reports, and EDPMS pending reports.
• Manage key customer relationships, address service complaints, and improve the overall export order-to-delivery process.
