Job summary

Skillventory is seeking a diligent Export Operations professional to manage post-shipment documentation and LC-related activities. The role requires coordinating with shipping lines, CHAs, banks, and customers to ensure error-free processing.

You will monitor BRCs and EDPMS data, prepare regulatory and trade documents, and support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth clearance and timely shipments. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Prepare post-shipment export documents accurately within defined timelines.
• Submit export documents to banks and handle LC documentation without discrepancies.
• Track Bank Realisation Certificates (BRCs) and monitor export transactions via EDPMS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with shipping lines and CHAs for BL, LR and cargo clearance.
• Prepare and verify AIAFTA/SAFTA-related documents prior to vessel arrival.
• Respond to customer queries and coordinate with logistics, sales and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Generate monthly MIS reports including OTIF shipment, BRC, and EDPMS pending reports.
• Manage key customer relationships and address export order-to-delivery issues.

Export Documentation / Export Operations

• Prepare post-shipment export documents within the defined timelines, ensuring accuracy and zero errors.
• Submit export documents to banks within the specified timelines and handle Letter of Credit (LC) documentation without discrepancies.
• Follow up on Bank Realisation Certificates (BRCs) and monitor pending export transactions through EDPMS.
• Coordinate with shipping lines and Customs House Agents (CHAs) for Bill of Lading (BL), Lorry Receipt (LR), and smooth cargo clearance.
• Prepare, verify, and share AIAFTA/SAFTA-related documents with customers before vessel arrival.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and coordinate with logistics, sales, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, including OTIF shipment reports, BRC reports, and EDPMS pending reports.
• Manage key customer relationships, address service complaints, and improve the overall export order-to-delivery process.
