Prominent Management Solutions in India seeks an export documentation specialist to manage pre-export and post-export paperwork, coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners, and monitor shipment status from origin to destination.

The role requires 1–5 years of export documentation experience, with knowledge of Sea Export procedures and freight forwarding practices considered an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Computers is preferred.

• Proficiency in Sea Export procedures and regulations; knowledge of Freight Forwarding practices an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare pre-export shipment documents such as Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely submission of necessary documents like BRC (Bill of Rights Certificate) and obtain required certifications from them.
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and CHA agents to ensure smooth clearance processes.
• Ensure accurate completion of post-export shipment documents including Delivery Order, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of all exports and provide regular updates on shipment status to stakeholders.
