Job summary

Portlance is seeking an experienced Export Operations Executive to manage export documentation and liaise with a Customs Broker. The role focuses on accurate document preparation, VGM and Shipping Bill tasks, and ensuring smooth clearance and handover processes for export shipments.

Candidate should have prior CHA exposure and solid knowledge of Indian export procedures, ICEGATE, ODeX, Cargoes, and the MMD3 portal to ensure compliant, timely operations.

• Prepare and verify export checklists and shipping documentation.
• Handle VGM filing, Form 13 procedures, and Shipping Bill submission.
• Coordinate Shipping Bill handover and export documentation.
• Handle ODeX procedures for export shipments.
• Manage Cargoes and MMD3 portal operations.
• Follow up on shipping lines, CFS, and export shipment status.
• Monitor customs clearance, Let Export Order (LEO), and container port-in.
• Ensure timely completion of export shipment operations.

Job description

• Handle ODeX procedures for export shipments.
• Manage Cargoes and MMD3 portal operations.
• Follow up on shipping lines, CFS, and export shipment status.
• Monitor customs clearance, Let Export Order (LEO), and container port-in.
• Ensure timely completion of export shipment operations.
